Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Conspiracy to traffic MDMA VS. trafficking of MDMA
Conspiracy to traffic MDMA VS. trafficking of MDMA. I'm wondering what the difference is? Is one better than the other? Also, What does ''order of probable cause not found'' mean?

Re: Conspiracy to traffic MDMA VS. trafficking of MDMA
Difference is that a conspiracy is an agreement between 2 or more people to do a specific crime. Order of no probable likely means that the court didn't find sufficient probable cause for the arrest. If you get this case dismissed, I can have it expunged for you.
