does a no contact order take effect in all counties or just in the county it was issuer in?

A no contact order means no contact at all anywhere. A violation of an order as a condition of release can result in an arrest with your bond being revoked. If on probation or injunction, the violation can result in arrest and a violation of probation or new charge of violation of injunction.
