Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
no contest plea for felony charge and rights
I pleaded no contest to a class 3 felony in the State of Florida, I was adjudicated without guilt, but had to do 2 years probation. Does this mean I am a felon and unable to own a gun?

If you received a withhold of adjudication, you are not a felon.

A withhonding of adjudication is considered a "non-conviction". This likely will not affect yor right to own a gun
