Can I get a continuance on a first offense misdemeanor VOP hearing for failure to finish paying fines and costs at the end of misdemeanor probation?

If you give the judge a good reason, the judge is more likely than not able to give you a continuance. Of course, if you get an attorney, it will help matters even more.
