Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If a contractor is not paid by the homeowner in full of the contract and he doesnt pay the subcontractor because of it, is it criminal for the contractor, The homeowner filed criminal charges with the sheriffs department in florida against the contractor. The money owed to the contractor was for the work of the sub.the sub filed lien foreclosure
