Contributing alcohol to minors
My wife and I were both arrested for cont. to minors on eight accounts, the pros att said he was going to talk to all the kids before he makes a decesion of what to do.the ages are from 17 to 20. My concern is my wife and I doing jail time. Should I retain a lawer now or what to see what the prosacutin attorney is going to do.
Thank you.

Re: Contributing alcohol to minors
I would recommend that you contact an attorney in the area where you live to speak about the case.
You certainly should do this now as attorneys can speak to the prosecutors before a case is filed.
