can you be convicted by court order if you are incarcerated at the time and not notified in any way?

I would need more information, but you can't be convicted of any criminal offense without notice. However, you may be "charged" (notice I didn't say convicted) with failing to appear for a court date even though you didn't get notice. Your attorney could then fight that part of it since you were not aware of the court date. Again, talk to your attorney about this in more detail.
