To rectify you need to hire an attorney to help you deal with your outstanding warrant first. Meanwhile, you need to do all conditions that you may have been sentenced to, such as DUI school, alcohol treatment, community service, fines, etc. If you ignore thiese things your license, even if out of state, will remain suspended.
