Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If someone is convicted of an F5 Felony of importuning (2907.07) they are required to be on the state's sex offender registry. If that person lives in Florida, will that charge carry over there, requiring registration on Florida's registry?

No idea what state you originally got that charge, but if you have to register in one state, then generally you will have to register in Florida.
