Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can a convicted felon who is no longer on probation or parole, and is not in trouble with the law get a passport; and travel abroad?

Yes you can get a passport, but you have to check with the country you're going to, to make sure that you can go there. I've heard that Canada, for example, will bar some people with a simple DUI. But you need to talk to an immigration lawyer from that country to be sure.
