Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

If someone is a convicted felon on probation ( credit card fraud, forgery, grand theft, stolen IDs), how can they work for a large national corporation as an IT manager? Are they allowed to leave the country?

It's up to the rules laid out by the judge as to whether or not you can leave the county. As far as the job, that's up to the company as to whether or not you can work there. Certain jobs such as the banking industry restrict convicted felons, but GENERALLY speaking it is up to the company to determine hiring decisions.

If you are on probation you can petition the judge to work outside of the county you live in. The judge may even let you leave the state or country for a period of time. As far as employment, the company sets the criteria for that.
