Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am a convicted felon from 9 years ago. 4 dui's. But I've been good for 9 years. On Dec. 24th, I was in an accident. Received a carless driving ticket and a driving with no license ticket. What do you think my sentence will be?

Depends on a few factors the most important being the kind of license suspension you have. If your license was permanently revoked for DUI, then you may be facing a felony which is serious. You should speak with an attorney who can tell you if it is a felony or a misdemeanor charge.
