Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If i was convicted of a felony but adjucation was withheld will i have a record. Will the felony show up if I was to get a criminal check?

Until and unless you get the charge sealed, it will always show up on a criminal background check. Of course, it's not a conviction but you will have to explain that to any potential employers.
