Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was convicted of a felony in Florida, can i own a rifle
When i was about 20 years old, i was convicted of a felony for possesion of a controlled substance. It has been 8 years since this and i was not sure if i am legally able to posses a rifle. I have been hunting since i was 16yo but recently could not because my hunting license would not be approved.
Can I own a rifle or handgun?
If not, what can i do?
Well i ever be able to own or use a rifle or handgun?
What will it take for me legally own one?
