Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
am i convicted or not
Can i get a firearm? in the state of Kansas i compleated a diversion program for felony forgery and am curious if this means i was convicted? thank you. I live in Florida but the case is in Kansas.

Typically when you complete a diversion program the charges against you are dropped. this is not a conviction since you never took a plea.
