Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if someone was convicted of sexual battery in florida in 1989, should there name be on the sexual offender database? I cant find them, yet the received a 12 year prison sentence

They should be. However, maybe they pled to a lesser offense or the name is misspelled. Contact the clerk or state attorney to be sure.
