Conviction

If I went to court on a 3rd degree felony and was given 18 months probation and that was it. I am getting ready to go inot the Nursing program and, I Any person for whom employment screening is required by statute must not have been found guilty of, regardless of adjudication, or entered a plea of nolo contendere or guilty to, any offense prohibited under any of the following provisions of the Florida Statutes or under any similar statute of another jurisdiction:Chapter 812, relating to theft, robbery, and related crimes, if the offense was a felony. I am not sure if I would be able to get into the program I do not show a conviction but yet the FSS said found gulity of the crime with me being put on probation is that consider a conviction?

No, its not a conviction,but the nursing program says regardless of conviction", so I think its bad news.
