Cop Harassment
Can I file a harrasment lawsuit against a Detective if he is calling me 2 months after I was arrested for possesion but no charges or papers where ever filled? I.E. (I was arrested and let go, no paper work was ever filled) yet the Detective has called me atleast 4 times since the incident.

You can file it, but harassment requires that the detective have no legitimate purpose whatsoever for contacting you.
