Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Cops came into my house last night and took marijuana plants I was growing after a noise complaint. They took everything but said since I cooperated that nothing would happen and they weren't filing anything. Will they do anything to me? Do they now have probably cause to reenter my house? What should I do in this situation?

They still could do something even though they told you they wouldn't. I'm not saying they will, but they could. Anytime they enter your home, they either need a warrant or your permission, so no they don't have probable cause to reenter. As far as what to do, I suggest you contact an attorney in your area and discuss your options.
