How can I get a copy of my arrest video? My Pub Def has seen it and wants to talk Fri., but I'd like to see it b4 then, and his assistant won't get me a copy! Thanks so much ... Vanessa, Pinellas County

You're entitled to have a copy, for a fee of course. The PD's assistant wouldn't have the authority to release it, like your PD would so watch it together and it will be good to go over details with your PD as they arise.
