Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If someone has one count of lewd and lacivious(prostitution) behavior and one of prostitution can the judge in both cases decide to withhold judication? I know these two things can not be sealed or expunged in Florida but can they withhold Judication if the judge wants to?
