Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
two counts felony child neglect
this was not supposed to be the charge. I entered a plea bargain for a civil infraction, but on my record it has two counts of felony child neglect. what can I do if the courts did not honor their end of the deal.

Re: two counts felony child neglect
Either you didnt understand the plea bargain, or you have misstated the question. Child neglect, nor any crime, would never turn into the equivalent of a ticket.
