Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Out of County Probation Violation
In the state of Florida if someone is on probation in one county and is picks up a new case in another county in Florida does the probation officer find out? If so, how? And once the officer finds out is an arrest warrant issued or does the officer wait until the probationer goes to the monthly report date to arrest him or her. Any answers will be greatly appreciated.
