It means that both the state and the defendant have agreed on the amount and terms of the bond. A Nebbia means that the defendant must demonstrate that the proceeds used to post the bond have not been derived from illegal means. It is typical in drug cases where the state wants the defendant to prove that the money used to post the bond did not come from drug sales. The state has also reserved its right to have a hearing at a later date to prove that the money is in fact from an ill-gotten source.
