Court case in progress

My sons father cheated and in revenge the girl and her family are pressing charges saying he was attacking her during the 3 week period he was no where in that state. What kind of proof can i use to show they are falsely accusing him? Also, what kind of charges can i press against them for these false accusations?

These questions can and should be answered by your husband's attorney, if he has one.

Since your defense is alibi, i.e., you were somewhere else, you must notify the State of your intent to rely on an alibi defense. Then, you need to take the girl's statement to find out exactly when she claims to have been attacked. With that information, you can then obtain statements from the people who can testify your husband was not in town at the time the girl says she was attacked.
