Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a court date to Expunge my record in Florida, but I live in Georgia. Is it possible to reschedule the court date so I have time to plan a trip down to Florida or can someone else represent me (like my parents).

Your parents can not represent you unless they are attorneys licensed in Florida. Otherwise, you can hire an attorney to handle the court date.
