Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If a court judgement is to be purged after 10 years, that means it won't show up on a work background check? It was a very minor misdemeanor.

What do you mean purged? Criminal judgments stay on your record forever unless you go through the process of getting the charge sealed or expunged.
