Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What court motion can I file?
My husband is incarcerated in a county jail for a violation of probation (was sentenced to 6 months) He has a ''hold'' on him from another county (where the original crime was committed) What court motion can I file to have the county that has the hold on him serve their warrant and arrest him so that he can go to court in that county (while he is serving the other sentence) so that possibly they will run the sentences concurrently. (This was done last year for the same offense)

Contact his attorney or the public defender's office in the county where the hold is on.
