You should consult an attorney for specifics, but under certain conditions you can apply for a record sealing or a record expungement, depending on the specific circumstances of your case. Regardless, once you petition the court, the court has final discretion whether or not to grant your request.
You MAY be eligible to have the charge sealed. It depends on a lot of factors, one being the felony you were charged with and another important factor is what happened with other criminal charges, if any, including misdemeanors.
