Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
court
i was put in jail for stealing 6,000.00 dollars. it was the first time i have ever been in trouble with the law. i was put in a pre trial diversion program and bonded out.i con fessed to doing it. when i go to court what kind of punishment am i looking at?

If you successfully complete the pretrial diversion program, you should not have to go to court. It takes the place of any judicial hearing. You will probably have to make restitution (pay back) to the other party.
