Covert surveillance
Can an ex-husband audio tape or attach--name removed--covert auto tracking device on an ex-wife and/or her boyfriend without them knowing. Also can the ex-husband attach video and/or audio devices unknowing to her?

It is illegal to record audio in Florida unless everyone being recorded is aware they are being recorded. It is generally legal to record videos, with certain exceptions, such as when someone is undressing.
It is legal to attach video or audio devices, so long as, in attaching the devices, you do no damage to the other person's property and you don't violate the laws I just stated above.
