Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if your are covicted of parole violation of a previous charge, and are sentenced to 60 months starting in Jan 2010....how much time approx would you have to serve before you were considered for early release with home monitor or whatever,,,,, she is convicted in Santa Rosa County, Florida.

A person usually has to serve at least 85% of their sentence but good time and gain time can be revoked so it could be the full 60 months, depending on behaviour. Also, the person does get credit for time served.
