Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
credit card fraud
I would like to know what the statute of limitations is for credit card fraud. I was recently arrested but have moved to a different state. I want to resolve the situation.

Re: credit card fraud
You cannot avoid the statute of limitations by moving to another state. The staute depends on how much money is involved. Please call my office if I can help. I have several out of toen clients. Good luck. valerie
