Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Credit for time served
I was arrested for a charge in Bay County. A few days later I was booked for a hold in Leon County. My question is, since the hold kept me from bonding out on the Bay county charge, is it possible to recieve credit for the time that I spent in Bay County Jail towards the Leon County charge?

Yes you are entitled to credit from the day you were booked on the hold.
