Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Crime in pharmacies

Have you ever heard of a charge come across your desk for Crime in pharmacies possession of weapon? Also charged with carrying concealed firearm. Went into pharmacy with a script but it was obtaining control substance by fraud. My gone was in my bookbag in the very bottom covered with clothes. I took my bag in the pharm with me there was no where to lock it up because I had my motorcycle. Plus i had a few pills on me in a presp bottle with my name but I had gotten that filled at another pharmacy so they charged me twice for obtaining controled substance by fraud. Thanks for any insight on this.
