Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Concerning Criminal Action concerning a Last Will and Testament. We are going to pursue Fraud charges against my father; how he proceeded with his Will. Is is possible to file conspiracy charges as well for his fraudulent activity? by himself; or maybe against him conspiring with the beneficiary producing fraudulent criminal actions?
Also, is Treason a possibility in the fraudulent actions of a Will?
1 Answer from Attorneys
What is the fraud? It sounds like you believe your father did something fraudulent with his will but what is the fraud? With some exceptions, your father can leave what he wants to whom he wants. Perhaps you can clarify what it is that you believe constitutes criminal action.
Treason? Unless he is betraying the USA to its enemies, forget about it.
