The case will show up. Withhold of adjudication does not mean withhold from permanent record.

Depending on the �extensiveness� of the background check, your record will likely show an arrest for the felony but that a conviction was �withheld.� This means that you were not �convicted� of the felony but that it was resolved in court and not dropped or dismissed.
