Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Criminal background check
My son 23 got in trouble in 2002 - He worked at a restaurant and they said he stole tip money during a fight at the restaurant. I was told that if he went through anger management - there would be no record on him. I pulled him up and it shows Felony - 2nd degree. He never went to trial. Is there anyway - we can check this out. I was told it would never show up anywhere.
