Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
A criminal case affecting my Immigration status
I have been asked to file a I-601 waiver for my Permanent Residence, since I committed the offense of possession of Cannabis 9less than 20 grams) I have completed my 6 months probation in 3. Is there anything I can do so that this case does not affect my obtaining a Permanent Residence?

yes- but you need to call me or e-mail me right away-or you could face costly deportation proceedings.
