Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In a criminal case of burglary conveynce, if 3 witnesses stated you did it on a police report, and the 3 witnesses refuse to do depo,s from the defense and proscution asking then repeatly is there a likelihood of dismissing the case. No prints, DNA or no physical proof that you did it?

Your attorney can file motions to take care of the depo requirement. Them refusing to do depos is not usually grounds for dismissal, but just a separate matter as it pertains to those witnesses. Prints, DNA is not necessary to convict. You need to talk to your attorney about the best strategy at this point.
