I was at the island of palm beach driving and stoped at one of the homes and called for someone at the main door, a fbi agent came out and asked what i was doing and came out and asked me out of the car, I told him i was calling to check for a job opportunity, he searched my car found two cans of beer, one empty and the other full, he emptied the full beer and called the wpb police dept. they came and told me to call someone to pick me up and take me home cause i was not driving, i told him that i could drive home that i was ok and they said that then i was going to jail, i put resistance out of fear and they pulled me down and hurt me ficically, did not get a ticket and sent me to jail for 5 hours , and gave me an appointment in front of a judge for one month from now, what are my rights please let me know .

You have many rights, for instance the right to remain silent and the right to have an attorney represent you at each stage of this case.

You have the right to have an attorney present and your next court date. You should hire lawyer to review the case and defend you from going to jail. My office is in Palm Beach County. Please feel free to call anytime.
