Most questions in criminal law are answered with a 'maybe' until we are given more information about the type of charge, the state, the disposition of the charge, whether there was a record seal/expunge, and so forth.

I imagine this isn't the answer you are looking for, yet the attorneys on this board are frequently bombarded with broad questions we cannot answer without more information.
