Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
criminal conviction
I have 2 felonies a driving while license suspended (withhold) and a grand theft auto (adjudicated) in florida. I could not have a withhold on the gta because of the dwls but come to find that the dwls happen in error but I pled guilty unknowingly. Is there anything that I can do to reverse the dwls and seek a withhold on the gta

Re: criminal conviction
You can move to have the conviction set aside, but these motions are only granted in the rarest of circumstances, and it doesn't sound like you qualify. You should speak with a lawyer.
