Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Criminal Conviction
Is the any way possible to get a
conviction removed or even reduced in
florida . I am trying to get my record
expunged but I don't think that I
qualify. And what is the difference
between expunging and clemency.

Re: Criminal Conviction
Unfortunately, a conviction can not be expunged in the state of Florida. Had the case been resolved by dismissal, you likely would have qualified.

Re: Criminal Conviction
Clemecy means you get your civil rights back ie voting but the charge is still on your record.
