my friend was stop by the police . the police said he didnt make a complete stop at the stop sign.he said he was seventy yards for the stop it was 9:30 at night.if he stop him on a traffic volation did he have the right to search his car. he said he seen a bag of drugs in the cup holder so he wanted to search his car the cup holders are real deep he was arrest for drugs and later he gave him a waring ticket for running the stop

Sounds like a bad stop and should be tested by filing a motion to suppress everything. In what county did this happen?
