Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

criminal law/bail

i am going in monday to speak with a detective pertaining to a current criminal fraud/mis-use of someones drivers license charges, & will more than likely be arrested.

I have a warrant in Indiana for similar charges, will I still be offered a bond here in florida?

Re: criminal law/bail

why would you go speak with a cop without lawyer ? bad idea. if they have enough evidence let them arrest you, dont help them.

NOTE: This communication is not intended as and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Rather, it is intended solely as a general discussion of legal principles. You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. By reading the "Response" to your question or comment, you agree that the opinion expressed is not intended to, nor does it, create any attorney-client relationship, nor does it constitute legal advice to any person reviewing such nformation, nor will it be considered an attorney-client privileged communication. If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.

You will probably get arrested and it is very likely that bond will be denied. I would suggest that you consult a criminal lawyer first and let the lawyer deal with the police. If an arrest will be made and bond is available, it can be arranged before you go to jail so that a minimal amount of time is spent there.
