how long does it take to set an arraingment its allmost been 30 days?

Some of the smaller counties have arraignments once per month. You can call the clerk's office and they can tell you when your arraignment is scheduled. Also, if you were released on bond you were given an arraignment date. If you posted a bond call the bondsman and ask them.
