Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Criminal Omission
A driver is transporting a passenger in driver's vehicle. The passenger has a medical emergency and is incapacitated. The driver does not know where the passenger lives. What is the legal obligation of the driver regarding rendering aid or getting help for the passenger? Thank you.

Another will only be obligated to land assistance if he has a special duty, such as EMT's, cops, firefighters or someone responsible for others like a nanny, home attendant etc.
