Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Criminal Record
I have a charge on an official court record that details the charges & dates but also says Nolle Prosequi. I know what this means, but can I get my name removed from the official record so that no-one can see this record even though the charges were dropped.

Yes. You may be able to have the record expunged.
