i was charged with sexual assult w/weapon ,kidnapping and felony battery . the sexual assult w/weapon was dropped the kidnapping was droped i was placed on probation for felony battery with early termination and with hold of adjudication if a back ground check is done will all of tyhe chaage show and will the disposition of each charge show .do i have to petition for my civil rights or do i still have them

You still have your civil rights if you were never adjudicated guilty.
